Owns community-based marketing for Sports Basement’s West Los Angeles region. Responsibilities include building partnerships with community organizations, schools, nonprofits, clubs, and businesses; driving store traffic; leading regional and in-store events; expanding loyalty and community-giving programs; creating social content; mentoring marketing staff; and tracking ROI. The role requires strong relationship-building, event execution, analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills, plus flexibility for weekends, holidays, and winter-season work.
