Manages and grows customer accounts across the Mountain States, serving as the primary commercial contact. Responsibilities include retaining revenue, prospecting, negotiating pricing and contracts, forecasting sales, resolving customer issues, maintaining CRM records, conducting customer visits, attending trade shows, and coordinating flavor development projects with R&D, applications, regulatory, quality, and customer service teams. This remote field-based role requires up to 40% travel.
