Supports escrow officers with residential and commercial real estate closings, including contract and document review, transaction preparation, lender coordination, fund disbursement, settlement statements, customer communication, post-closing submissions, and e-recordings. Maintains compliance with escrow laws, company policies, RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank, CFPB rules, and ALTA Best Practices while providing administrative and customer service support.

Examines public records and title documents to determine property ownership, encumbrances, and insurability. Prepares preliminary reports, title policies, endorsements, and proforma policies; identifies curative requirements; analyzes chains of title; reviews foreclosure, trust, lien, judgment, and legal-description documents; and supports escrow staff and customers with title issues. This full-time, on-site role also maintains client relationships and provides backup recording and customer service support.
