Manages cross-functional healthcare and organizational initiatives from chartering through implementation. Projects include community-based care launches, facilities, provider and payer readiness, clinical operations, quality initiatives, governance, and infrastructure. The role also facilitates meetings, maintains documentation, supports compliance, and standardizes project management practices.
