Manage passenger rail transit projects through design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, resources, quality, safety, and technical requirements, and resolve project issues. The role applies contract specifications and quality standards across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, welding, and related disciplines, including train control systems.

Performs quality control inspection, surveillance, and oversight for rail transit systems, ensuring interface compatibility across electrical, mechanical, fire protection, communications, traction power, train control, and SCADA subsystems.
