Drive strategic growth of environmental consulting services through new business development, account expansion, client relationship management, cross-selling, proposal and RFP coordination, CRM management, presentations, conferences, and market intelligence. The role serves as a client-facing subject matter consultant, supports mobilization and operations, and requires frequent nationwide travel exceeding 50% of the time.

Leads and facilitates PHA, LOPA, and hierarchy-of-controls activities; conducts regulatory compliance audits; helps clients implement PSM and EPA RMP requirements; represents the firm through conferences and thought leadership; mentors junior staff; manages client relationships and project communications; and follows OSHA and company safety requirements.
