Leads marketing and sales for a senior living community, overseeing occupancy development, direct sales, lead generation, advertising, referrals, events, budgets, CRM reporting, and team performance. Develops and executes marketing plans, manages agency relationships, ensures prospect follow-up and brand consistency, and hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates sales personnel. Partners with community leadership and development teams to support the launch and growth of a new Life Plan/CCRC community.
