Analyzes ground laboratory and open-air flight test data for avionics, sensor, radar, and electronic warfare systems. Develops Python-based data processing pipelines, correlates TSPI and telemetry data, decodes avionics buses, evaluates system performance, identifies anomalies, and produces verification metrics, technical reports, and executive briefings supporting test and acquisition decisions.

Lead federal business development capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal transition. Develop capture and win strategies, analyze customers and competitors, coordinate technical, finance, contracts, and industry partners, support pricing and business cases, manage risks, and conduct gate reviews. The role requires strong DoD and Intelligence Community acquisition expertise, customer engagement, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Approximately 25% CONUS travel is required, with work based in Camarillo, California.
