Executive leader responsible for developing and executing franchise operations strategy, improving franchisee profitability and performance, scaling operational support, managing budgets and P&L accountability, leading organizational transformation, and building high-performing operations teams. The role partners cross-functionally with franchise development, marketing, finance, technology, human resources, and shared services while overseeing governance, risk management, operational standards, and continuous improvement across a growing franchise network.

Leads operational strategy and execution for a franchise system, owning financial performance, franchisee growth, training, onboarding, commercial division development, and accountability systems. Builds and manages high-performing support teams, partners cross-functionally on sales and marketing, ensures brand and legal compliance, and strengthens franchisee relationships. The role requires extensive franchise, multi-unit, or home-service operations leadership and travel up to 50%.

Advises and coaches 20–25 franchise locations on operations, financial performance, sales, marketing, compliance, staffing, and process improvement. Reviews financial statements, budgets, KPIs, pricing, and costs; develops SOPs and action plans; provides training; supports technology and operational initiatives; and conducts approximately 20 annual site visits. Collaborates with internal teams and franchisees to improve profitability, standardize operations, and drive sustainable growth.

Advises and coaches franchisees on operations, financial performance, KPIs, sales, marketing, staffing, process improvement, and SOP implementation. Reviews financial statements, budgets, pricing, and operational efficiency; develops action plans; delivers training; conducts site audits and field visits; and reports performance recommendations. Collaborates with internal teams on technology rollouts, cost savings, and franchisee support. Travel of up to 30% is required.
