Prepare and review federal, California, and multistate tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth clients. Lead extensions, estimated payments, projections, tax research, planning, and audit support. Mentor junior staff, review workpapers, communicate with clients, monitor tax law changes, and ensure accurate compliance using Lacerte and related research tools.

Serves as the primary contact for tax clients while onboarding clients, managing records and documents, filing extensions, supporting tax preparation, maintaining QuickBooks data, generating Excel reports, coordinating deadlines, and providing administrative support to tax leadership. The role requires strong communication, organization, independent judgment, multitasking, and collaboration across departments.

Oversee company financial records, accounting personnel, internal controls, compliance, reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, tax filings, cash reporting, dashboards, and asset security. Supervise accounting and administrative staff, coordinate with clients, accountants, the President, and IT, and ensure accurate and timely financial operations across associated entities.
