Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for frontline and site-based roles. Partner with Operations and HR leaders, develop community-based talent pipelines, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, manage pre-employment and onboarding activities, maintain ATS and HRIS records, monitor recruiting metrics, and support hiring events. Build trusted relationships with candidates, community organizations, and operational stakeholders while ensuring compliant, positive candidate experiences.

The Senior Financial Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, and operational performance analysis. The role partners with operations leaders to improve margins, cash flow, contract profitability, and financial performance. Responsibilities include analyzing revenue, labor, materials, overhead, inventory, and KPIs; explaining business drivers; improving reporting processes and data integrity; supporting financial tools and automation; and maintaining compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Oversee Living Wage Ordinance compliance, reporting, audits, data accuracy, union increases, and contract requirements. Coordinate cross-departmental data collection, review payroll and production records, train Operations Coordinators, and manage compliance submissions. Support workflow documentation and process improvements, prepare leadership reports, coordinate meetings and action items, and oversee certificate of insurance collection. The role requires advanced administrative, reporting, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with occasional travel and possible client-specific clearance or badging.
