Gather market and competitor intelligence, maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to address customer needs and grow MCC’s packaging solutions market presence.

Develops packaging business by prospecting target organizations, building relationships with end users and influencers, identifying customer needs, and guiding opportunities through quoting, proofing, and sampling. Partners with sales, technical development, operations, supply chain, estimating, and suppliers to deliver competitive packaging solutions and grow market share. The role requires 50% travel across the West Coast region.
