Provides senior electrical engineering expertise for infrastructure assessments, load studies, feasibility analyses, scopes of work, procurement, design reviews, construction support, commissioning, and systems integration. Evaluates electrical upgrades involving PV, BESS, microgrids, EV charging, electrification, lighting, and controls. Coordinates with project teams, utilities, consultants, and public-sector stakeholders while applying California codes, Title 24, NEC, CALGreen, ASHRAE guidance, and sustainability standards.

Manages project planning, coordination, controls, costs, schedules, contracts, documentation, meetings, bid services, and construction closeout. Serves as the primary liaison among owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and project partners. Oversees compliance with specifications and project requirements, may supervise project staff, and coordinates construction management activities from project identification through completion.

Supports senior schedulers with reviewing contractor baseline and monthly schedules, preparing Excel and Primavera P6 reports, creating earned value curves, and performing schedule QA/QC. Validates coding, layouts, reports, and logic ties while updating master program schedules with actual and forecast dates. Coordinates scheduling inputs across Facilities teams and project stakeholders.

Reviews contractor Primavera P6 baseline and monthly schedules, analyzing scope, logic, milestones, critical paths, slippage, cost loading, and earned value. Performs schedule QA/QC, validates logic and coding, creates filters, layouts, bar charts, curves, and reports, and supports project management teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering, or a related field, plus three years of professional scheduling experience.
