Assists with residential property operations, leasing, resident recertifications, applications, tours, lease processing, collections, compliance, court filings, marketing, work orders, and administrative tasks. Supports the Community Manager with budgeting, maintenance coordination, office administration, and resident communications. Requires professional conflict resolution, organization, attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
