Designs, develops, deploys, administers, and sustains MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and/or Informatica integrations in AWS GovCloud. Develops reporting standards, indicators, policy guidance, compliance reports, training materials, and process improvements. Compiles and analyzes partner government health budget and expenditure data, assesses audit findings against bilateral agreements, supports country teams, and coordinates stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, sustainability, and country ownership.
