Oversees group, transient, catering, event, and marketing programs; manages budgets, contracts, key accounts, forecasting, public relations, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns. Leads and develops the sales and catering teams, trains hotel staff on sales opportunities, builds client and community relationships, and collaborates across hotel departments. Weekly travel is required.
