Reviews service and medical records, interviews claimants, evaluates evidence, prepares claim submissions, monitors cases, explains appeal options, and practices presenting legal arguments at hearings. The apprentice also manages workload, communicates with stakeholders, recruits DAV members, and performs administrative and outreach activities under ongoing supervision.
