Provides customer service and logistical support to warehouse and sales teams while ensuring export compliance. Requires English proficiency, basic Spanish, strong organization, communication, clerical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, plus occasional inventory counts and company events.

Develop new and manage existing foodservice accounts, meet sales quotas, support Fresh Fish marketing, prepare sales reports, participate in trade shows, and maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate West Coast trucking and air shipments, delivery routes, documentation, inventory activities, and customer issue resolution. The role requires frequent driving and business travel, Japanese and English fluency, basic Microsoft Office skills, and food wholesale or distribution experience.
