Leads the Solon site's automation program from launch through full-scale production. Sets technical strategy, directs automation system design and development, manages project scope, resources, timelines, risks, and execution, and coordinates controls, process, automation, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Provides technical guidance on robotics, machine vision, PLCs, HMIs, and integrated manufacturing systems while communicating roadmap and progress to senior leadership. Develops technical talent and drives continuous improvement and technology adoption.

Lead Tektronix’s global marketing strategy and organization across brand, communications, digital marketing, commercial enablement, and regional marketing. Drive brand positioning, demand generation, pipeline growth, customer engagement, and measurable commercial outcomes. Manage the global marketing budget, advance marketing operations and analytics, partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering, and develop high-performing leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Serve as a trusted partner to the President by managing calendars, priorities, communications, executive travel, leadership meetings, events, follow-ups, and confidential information. Coordinate across Anderson-Negele, Ralliant leadership, and executive support teams to align priorities, improve execution, and ensure the President is prepared for key decisions.
