Conduct field investigations and structural condition assessments; analyze concrete structures; design repairs, seismic retrofits, and strengthening systems; prepare construction drawings, calculations, technical submittals, and reports; coordinate with clients, engineers, drafters, and construction crews; and mentor junior engineers.

Develops and strengthens client relationships across Texas while selling structural concrete strengthening services and products. Responsibilities include presenting solutions, pursuing leads, supporting proposals and bids, attending jobsite and pre-bid meetings, maintaining CRM records, expanding contact databases, and collaborating with engineering, operations, construction, and marketing teams. Requires commercial sales experience, knowledge of the Texas market, success against sales quotas, and comfort with complex sales cycles. Local travel is required 70%–80% of the time.
