Supports complex litigation matters through case organization, legal research, discovery, cite checking, motion and deposition preparation, trial support, appellate filings, document management, and post-matter compliance. The role gathers business requirements, implements enhancements, monitors AI tools, and ensures system reliability, security, compliance, and alignment with firm objectives.

Administer, maintain, secure, and optimize Workday and related HR systems. Configure and implement modules, integrations, reports, and system updates; troubleshoot issues; manage data integrity and vendor relationships; provide user support and training; document processes; and support HR events such as performance reviews and open enrollment. Collaborate with HR, payroll, recruiting, and other internal teams while leading system projects and process improvements.

Designs, configures, integrates, and optimizes enterprise business systems using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, databases, APIs, and automation.
