Supports foreign patent filings, PCT and national-stage applications, docket management, foreign associate coordination, estimates, patent schedule reviews, disclosure documents, and multi-jurisdiction name-change projects. Reviews and resolves conflicts of interest involving lateral legal hires, new clients, and matters across global offices. The role prepares conflict waivers, reviews Outside Counsel Guidelines, supports ethical walls, coordinates clearances with firm leadership, and trains conflicts staff on professional conduct rules. It requires a JD, active state bar admission, substantial law-firm or financial-institution conflicts experience, strong knowledge of Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Provides first-level technical support for computer, network, telephone, hardware, software, and mobile-device issues. Logs, categorizes, monitors, and escalates tickets while delivering phone and remote assistance.
