Manage client relationships and advertising campaigns for Hearst Magazines. Develop media plans, support RFPs and pre-sale strategy, coordinate campaign launches, monitor performance, oversee optimizations, analyze results, and identify renewal or upsell opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, research, campaign management, vendors, and internal teams while serving as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts.

Develop integrated media planning strategies for Hearst advertising clients across digital, print, video, audio, and social channels. Analyze inventory, traffic, pricing, and performance KPIs to create revenue-generating media packages and frameworks. Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Yield, Research, and Marketing teams; establish workflows, business rules, and success metrics; provide media recommendations; and train account and program managers. Serve as a strategic subject matter expert for client opportunities and campaign execution.

Build and maintain cloud-native microservices, APIs, event-driven workflows, and serverless applications using TypeScript and AWS. Integrate new services with legacy WordPress and PHP systems, support platform modernization, write specifications and automated tests, troubleshoot production issues, and improve infrastructure, observability, and reliability. Collaborate remotely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams while participating in code reviews and on-call support.
