Manage end-to-end academic recruitment across North America, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, agency relationships, ATS workflows, recruitment events, employer branding, reporting, and hiring-manager coordination. Develop talent pipelines, support safer recruitment practices, use data-driven sourcing strategies, collaborate with marketing and regional HR teams, and contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects.

Partners with school leaders to develop people plans, guide employee relations, ensure compliant HR processes, support safer recruitment, manage performance and talent development, analyze workforce data in Workday, and advance employee engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, reward, succession planning, and organizational change across a regional school cluster.
