Own customer outcomes for municipal mobility accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Manage executive relationships, QBRs, account and success plans, adoption metrics, retention targets, competitive RFPs, contract negotiations, and growth opportunities. Partner with Product, Project Management, Customer Care, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve customer outcomes, document account activity, and inform product strategy. Travel is required 25% to 50%.

Leads Trellint’s full revenue function, including new business, renewals, expansion, sales, customer success, and revenue operations. Develops growth strategy, forecasts, pipeline processes, pricing discipline, partnerships, and executive customer relationships. Oversees capture and proposal management while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Services. Builds scalable revenue systems and high-performing teams, with a focus on municipal technology sales, competitive RFPs, and long-term customer value.
