Sell, lease, and deliver vehicles to meet monthly sales targets. Greet and assist clients, conduct test drives, complete sales paperwork, coordinate with F&I and Service, follow up post-delivery, and use the CRM to manage client relationships. Participate in sales meetings and adhere to company and regulatory policies.

Manages automotive dealership sales objectives, budgets, revenue, profitability, inventory, and marketing initiatives. Develops sales strategies, monitors market and franchise performance, coaches and develops sales personnel, supports recruiting, maintains manufacturer relationships, and ensures ethical compliance and performance standards. Requires automotive sales experience and at least five years of progressively responsible sales experience.
