Provides regional second-line technical support for NRT gaming technology products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing customer relationships, monitoring support tickets, conducting onsite visits, maintaining inventories and preventative maintenance schedules, applying software and firmware updates, communicating product lifecycle changes, and delivering occasional training. The role requires extensive travel, strong technical and interpersonal skills, Windows and networking experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
