Serves as the onsite HR leader for Southern California operations, advising employees and managers on policies, benefits, and workplace matters. Leads employee relations and investigations, supports California employment-law compliance, maintains HRIS and employee records, oversees onboarding and workers’ compensation workflows, and supports benefits, recruiting coordination, and HR technology adoption. The role requires independent judgment, confidentiality, strong operational follow-through, and occasional support for other West Coast locations.
