Manages the statewide school-based services EHR and Medicaid billing implementation, including schedules, vendor deliverables, risks, issues, budgets, change control, governance, stakeholder communications, documentation, and project closeout. The role coordinates Agile and hybrid delivery activities, facilitates meetings and release planning, maintains project records, and ensures compliance with state and federal oversight requirements.
