Builds and coaches high-performing teams, strengthens customer relationships, oversees forecasting and performance analytics, supports strategic planning and budgeting, and partners cross-functionally to improve efficiency. The role also champions corporate responsibility, food safety, and the company’s leadership culture.

The Chief Growth Officer leads Milo’s enterprise-wide growth strategy across commercial execution, brand, consumer engagement, product innovation, market intelligence, sales, and new business development. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, guiding go-to-market strategy, leading cross-functional customer initiatives, overseeing investment governance, and advancing sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts. The role supervises others and requires executive leadership across complex, growing organizations.

Lead and mentor the Infrastructure team and deliver the enterprise infrastructure roadmap. Design and maintain resilient on-prem and cloud (Azure) network and server environments, oversee capacity planning, monitoring, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, vendor management, and infrastructure automation. Support ERP/Sage X3 infrastructure, collaborate with InfoSec on vulnerability remediation and OT teams for manufacturing environments, and manage infrastructure projects and on-call escalations.
