Owns the end-to-end sales process for assigned aerospace electronics accounts, including prospecting, relationship management, quoting, negotiation, closing, fulfillment, forecasting, profitability management, and issue resolution. Develops strategic sales plans, conducts customer visits and quarterly business reviews, identifies growth opportunities, supports technical product solutions, maintains CRM records, and achieves annual sales quotas. Requires extensive regional travel and compliance with U.S. person and ITAR/EAR requirements.

Expedites open and past-due orders by monitoring ERP records, contacting vendors for status updates, entering order acknowledgements and ASN information, updating ETA and tracking details, notifying receiving teams, and escalating issues. The role requires accurate, high-volume data entry, adherence to standard procedures, and collaboration with senior expeditors under direct supervision.

Supports full-cycle recruitment across U.S. and EMEA for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles. Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership on workforce needs, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, hiring progress, offers, and compensation negotiations.
