Build and lead the companys compliance function: advise on export controls (ITAR, EAR, DOE Part 810), manage classified data and industrial security, support FOCI mitigation, develop policies, run investigations and incident response, and support compliance for transactions and government engagements.

Coordinate high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews including travel and reimbursements. Manage candidate logistics, onsite visit operations, ATS maintenance, and support university recruiting and TA projects to ensure a consistent, world-class candidate experience.
