Design, develop, test, and evaluate electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for an enrichment facility, including power generation, microgrids, UPS/battery systems, transformers, and protective systems. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles, partner with hiring managers, source passive and active candidates, run interviews, maintain ATS accuracy, track recruiting metrics, and support university outreach and process improvements to hire specialized engineering and operations talent.

Develop and maintain automation and test infrastructure for hardware-in-the-loop and manufacturing validation. Build modular Python/C/C++ test software, automate acceptance test procedures, create data-analysis algorithms, and manage telemetry, CI, and deployment tools to increase test frequency, reliability, and observability across engineering workflows.

Design, implement, and maintain observability, alerting, and developer productivity systems for production and internal services. Instrument services with metrics, logs, and traces, run on-call, respond to incidents, lead reviews, and automate operational workflows to improve reliability and reduce toil.

Execute and own complex hardware test campaigns from setup through data acquisition and analysis. Maintain DAQ/test stands, support instrumentation and calibration, author/maintain test scripts, perform root-cause investigations, and collaborate with engineers to improve test processes and documentation.
