Develop the integrated safety basis for a new NRC-licensed uranium enrichment facility under 10 CFR Part 70. Responsibilities include hazard and accident sequence analyses, consequence and likelihood evaluations, HAZOP/FMEA leadership, IROFS definition, ISA Summary and licensing documentation, risk assessment across nuclear, chemical, fire, and external hazards, NRC support, design verification, configuration management, and startup readiness.

Own and maintain the integrated safety basis for a uranium enrichment facility, including the ISA, management measures, license commitments, configuration control, and supporting analyses. Lead safety evaluations for design and operational changes, ensure consistency across licensing documents, interface with the NRC, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, and mentor staff through regulatory reviews and audits.

Conduct offensive security testing across web applications, APIs, hosts, cloud infrastructure, embedded devices, and industrial control systems. Perform penetration testing, code audits, reverse engineering, threat modeling, vulnerability research, and security design reviews. Build proof-of-concept exploits, static analysis rules, CI checks, and automated security tooling. Present findings and collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to remediate vulnerabilities.

Supports nuclear facility licensing, regulatory submissions, safety analyses, environmental reports, risk assessments, and regulatory engagement. Support corporate governance, subsidiary administration, entity records, board and stockholder actions, equity administration, financing diligence, legal repositories, and regulatory operations. The role prepares governance documents, tracks approvals and deadlines, coordinates filings and signatures, maintains entity and authority records, supports audits and diligence, and develops repeatable legal workflows. It also assists with contracts, licenses, real estate closing deliverables, insurance documentation, attorneys, internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and service providers.

Own manufacturing accounting activities including inventory, costing, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting policy development. Partner with supply chain, operations, analytics, FP&A, and manufacturing teams to improve cost visibility. Support audits, technical accounting research, reporting, and implementation of ERP and finance systems. The role is onsite in Los Angeles and may require extended hours during close deadlines.

Owns the Risk Management Framework lifecycle and cyber assurance program for classified information systems. Ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates audits, builds GRC capabilities, partners with engineering teams to automate security assessment and enforcement, and supports authorization to operate under DoD or DOE boundaries. The role also develops classified-space processes, implements export-control and access restrictions, manages compliance risk, and works with government partners. Requires 3+ years managing cyber assurance for classified networks and eligibility for a DOE Q-level clearance.

Ensures enrichment technology designs meet design criteria and remain consistent from concept through operation. Leads design and change reviews, maintains configuration and technical documentation, manages engineering risks, coordinates cross-disciplinary interfaces, drives action closure, and automates review and risk workflows.
