Ensures GAAP and internal-control compliance, analyzes variances, supports audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting, and partners with leadership and operations on financial decisions.

Sell portable storage containers and roll-off rentals by prospecting and building long-term customer relationships. Work in the field (~70% time), manage a sales pipeline, secure recurring rental accounts, and coordinate with operations to deliver service.

Lead municipal recycling, organics, and waste diversion programs to ensure compliance with state mandates (e.g., SB 1383). Manage municipal partnerships, serve as company representative to city/regulatory stakeholders, design outreach and education, supervise a team of Sustainability and Outreach Specialists, and use project management and data analysis to drive diversion and greenhouse gas reduction goals.
