Grows revenue within existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts while developing new territory customers. Builds strategic account plans, meets sales targets, promotes products and VMI services, manages customer relationships, follows up on leads, monitors forecasts, gathers competitive intelligence, resolves complaints, documents activities in Salesforce, attends trade shows, and coordinates with internal sales and product teams. Travel may comprise up to 50% of the role.

Own the product-line strategy, pricing, inventory, supplier relationships, and commercial performance for connector product families. Drive market development, sales enablement, product data integrity, and cross-functional initiatives while applying AI, automation, and analytics to improve availability, margin, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, IT, suppliers, and customers. Travel up to 25%.
