The IT Manager owns the organization’s IT strategy, security, infrastructure, employee support, Microsoft 365 environment, identity management, vendors, budgeting, and technology projects. The role is highly hands-on, covering endpoint and network administration, onboarding and offboarding, cybersecurity controls, backups, incident response, device lifecycle management, business continuity, and coordination of an external IT consulting firm.
