Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries and order management. Process orders in the ERP, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Distribution, provide sales/finance administrative support, resolve issues, and identify process improvements to ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment and strong customer relationships.

Lead regional sales growth and market expansion for AROA's medical products. Develop and execute sales strategies, coach and manage a sales team, build clinician and distributor relationships, partner cross-functionally, represent the company at events, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide field-based clinical support.
