Design and specify structured cabling, AV, security, and other ELV systems for building projects. Produce drawings, riser diagrams, equipment schedules, load and cooling calculations, and coordinate with MEP/architectural teams using Revit and AutoCAD. Support SD/DD/CD documentation, attend coordination meetings, and manage design tasks within project work plans.

Design and produce electrical construction documents for hospitality and entertainment projects: one-line diagrams, floor plans, load calculations, panel schedules, fault/current coordination studies, lighting and fire alarm layouts. Lead MEP project delivery for themed entertainment, hospitality, and gaming projects: qualify RFPs/RFQs, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate disciplines, produce SD/DD/CD MEP/FP documentation, perform equipment selection and code compliance, mentor staff, and perform QA/QC of calculations and submittals.
