Develop and execute strategic account plans, grow and retain business, negotiate contracts/pricing, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide technical and regulatory support, and deliver sales forecasts while traveling extensively to customer sites.

Drive revenue and account growth for Encaps & Inclusions across the Midwest. Develop territory strategy, manage key accounts, prospect new business, coordinate cross-functional teams, document activity in Salesforce, and support technical and commercial customer needs. Travel ~50%.
