Owns the strategy, growth, profitability, retention, compliance, and lifecycle management of consumer and business deposit products. Develops roadmaps, analyzes performance, builds business cases, leads enhancements and implementations, manages vendors, and partners cross-functionally across marketing, finance, technology, operations, risk, and compliance. The role also focuses on member experience, digital account opening, deposit retention, account continuity, beneficiary planning, and wealth transfer readiness.

Manage delinquent member accounts across loans and credit products by contacting members, negotiating repayment arrangements, using collection tools, performing skip tracing, recommending repossession/foreclosure, documenting actions, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining professional member relations.
