Build and extend SAP Commerce Cloud backend extensions across the type system, service, persistence, integration, and storefront layers. Develop resilient integrations with ERP, PIM, and CRM systems through middleware, design OCC APIs, and troubleshoot production issues using Commerce Cloud logs and Dynatrace. Own root-cause resolution, code reviews, documentation, technical design, estimates, testing, and delivery in an Agile environment.

Develops and executes integrated content strategies supporting product launches and marketing programs. Creates messaging frameworks, product lifecycle content, sales enablement materials, and audience-focused narratives. Coordinates new product introduction content, optimizes SEO, AEO, and GEO performance, and analyzes content KPIs to improve engagement and business results. Partners with marketing leadership to strengthen customer discovery, trust, and action across target audiences.

Lead design, development, and migration of enterprise data warehouse solutions from SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere. Architect data models and hybrid data flows with Microsoft Fabric/Azure Synapse, integrate BW with Salesforce and SQL Server, embed AI capabilities (Copilot, Azure OpenAI), manage offshore teams, enforce standards, and deliver Power BI reporting and analytics to business stakeholders.

Lead analysis, redesign, and optimization of end-to-end SAP business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP). Drive process-improvement projects, support S/4HANA migrations, coordinate stakeholders, manage UAT, produce ROI and executive reporting, and deliver training and change management.

Support production testing of electromechanical assemblies by validating test programs, providing technical support and training, maintaining and upgrading test equipment, creating documentation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with Production and Engineering to improve testing processes and equipment reliability.
