Serve as on-site HR business partner for the Data Center Power and Control division. Manage employee relations, compliance with federal/state laws, workforce planning, performance management, onboarding, training, and lead HR initiatives. Coach managers, support talent acquisition, and manage direct reports to align HR activities with business goals.

Define canonical data models, integration patterns (API/event-driven), match & merge and survivorship strategies, stewardship workflows, data quality and lineage, RBAC, and scale multi-domain MDM across Product, Customer, and Supplier domains while aligning with enterprise data governance and cloud platforms.

Lead and coordinate enterprise data management programs across data engineering, governance, analytics, and platforms. Manage cross-functional projects using Agile/Scrum or waterfall, build sprint/project plans, track budgets and risks, define requirements in ADO/Jira, coordinate integrations (ERP/CRM/MDM), support vendor and stakeholder alignment, and drive organizational change and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Azure data platforms and lakehouse architectures. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines (PySpark, ADF, Fabric), enforce data governance and quality, enable Power BI reporting, lead cloud migration and CI/CD, and provide production support and performance tuning across enterprise data systems.

Lead the AI development team to architect, build, deploy, and operate enterprise AI solutions on Azure (RAG, LLMs, agentic workflows). Hands-on coding (Python/FastAPI), enforce engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, scalable production systems.

Responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems for lighting products, leading root-cause and CAPA efforts, conducting audits, supporting NPI, analyzing production data to drive improvements, working with suppliers, creating quality documentation, supporting testing/validation, and training production staff.

Manage full lifecycle of a fiber connectivity product line for data center markets: NPD, go-to-market support, forecasting, pricing, S&OP participation, marketing collateral, market research, and performance metrics. Travel up to 25%.

Provide engineering expertise and project support for Starline high-amperage busduct systems: design layouts, draft technical offers, resolve technical issues, support sales and installations, produce documentation, and travel to customer sites (~25%).
