Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Lead mechanical engineer responsible for delivering HVAC mechanical design from concept through construction. Duties include HVAC calculations, equipment layout, duct and piping design, code-compliant conceptual designs, energy analyses, coordination with project teams, oversight of design staff, and field engineering support.

Provide administrative support to the Systems Operations team: manage payroll entry and expense tracking, collect and review daily reports, process timesheets via Rhumbix, document warranty and start-up notes in 360/IFS, generate and distribute Start-Up and Air Balance reports and warranty letters, and perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and recurring financial reporting. Perform variance and KPI analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, M&A due diligence support, and provide ad hoc insights. Partner with teams to improve processes, assist internal audit requests, and prepare materials for senior management and board presentations.

Provide day-to-day benefits administration and employee support for medical, dental, vision, life, HSA/FSA, and supplemental plans. Coordinate open enrollment, new-hire sessions, benefits portal content, broker and carrier interactions, reporting/metrics, and wellness initiatives. Escalate complex issues to benefits management or brokers and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams.
