Complete a structured training program while developing customer solutions, generating business leads, managing a commercial vehicle fleet, balancing productivity and profitability, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role combines sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology responsibilities, with potential advancement into management after 6–9 months.

Supervise daily supply chain operations including order entry, load planning, dispatch, and freight handling. Manage, hire, and coach hourly associates, ensure productivity, safety, inventory control, customer service, and compliance. Support training, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Supervise daily supply chain and logistics operations including driver deliveries, loading/unloading, cross-docking, dispatch, workforce and equipment scheduling. Lead hiring, performance management, safety compliance, cost controls, inventory accuracy, and customer service. Drive continuous improvement, provide training/relief coverage, and complete operational reporting.

Trainee will learn Penske's sales and operations functions through training and mentoring, manage fleet inventory, generate leads, service customer accounts, drive company vehicles, maintain DOT driver qualifications, and support daily operations with emphasis on customer satisfaction and safety.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.
