Manages strategic LTL customer accounts as the primary point of contact, driving retention, satisfaction, operational performance, profitability, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting business reviews, analyzing shipping and revenue trends, identifying expansion opportunities, supporting negotiations and renewals, managing escalations, maintaining Salesforce records, and coordinating with operations, pricing, sales, and customer service teams. The role requires knowledge of LTL transportation, strong relationship and analytical skills, and occasional travel for meetings or events.

Serve as primary customer contact for day-to-day operations, onboarding, quoting, order execution, issue resolution, and billing follow-up. Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, prepare pricing and reports, support renewals and forecasting, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain account documentation and process improvements to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead strategic account planning and executive relationships to retain and grow enterprise customers. Drive business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, oversee KPIs, resolve complex issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled supply chain and logistics solutions.
