Oversee vendor configuration and delivery of the Facets platform as liaison between IT and business. Provide Facets domain expertise, refine stories, approve designs, perform configuration and QA, write complex SQL against the Facets data model, lead troubleshooting/root-cause analysis, ensure traceability to performance metrics, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
