Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR partner to regional and practice leaders across the employee lifecycle. Provide employee relations support, performance coaching, talent management, onboarding, HRIS/data analysis, compliance with employment law, compensation guidance, and drive engagement and operational HR excellence for West Coast practices.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close; prepare variance analysis, financial models, and reports; partner with operations and accounting to provide financial guidance and decision support for leadership.
