Manage technical and engineering aspects of construction projects: coordinate clients, trade partners, architects and staff; handle submittals, schedules, procurement, change orders, material deliveries, document management, project closeout, training, and cost takeoffs to ensure accuracy, resource alignment, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as financial resource for construction projects: manage project accounting, payroll, requisitions, forecasting, cost reports, cash-flow, change orders, contract administration, procurement, closeouts, and lead/train project team while ensuring compliance, safety, and stakeholder coordination.
