Perform hands-on inspections, measurements, repairs, and field service on rotating equipment (up to 40% travel). Coordinate with machine shop, quotation team, and customers; create/update CAD drawings; verify precision measurements; document findings and support overhauls and shop operations.

Lead manufacturing process optimization and continuous improvement using Lean methodologies. Analyze workflows, design layouts, run capacity and root-cause analyses, facilitate Kaizen events, maintain standard work, monitor KPIs, support product launches, and justify capital projects to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Support senior sales reps by managing assigned accounts, conducting customer visits, prospecting new business, preparing quotes, coordinating project communications, and maintaining sales pipeline in D365 and Salesforce.
