Lead and own the Client Relations Department, manage and develop staff, resolve escalations, drive retention and recurring revenue, analyze KPIs and reporting, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, manage customer feedback and champion process improvements. Occasional in-person client meetings and travel required.
